Dubrek Studios is a recording studio, rehearsal space, performance venue, art gallery, cafe & bar located in the heart of Derby City Centre. We work with artists from around the world to bring their ideas to life.
Recording.
Dubrek has operated for over 20 years as a professional recording facility. We work collaboratively with artists to help them achieve their vision.
We offer everything from full scale music production and mixing to audiobook recording, voiceover production and much more.
Pricing:
£40 per hour
Rehearsal.
We have three different rehearsal spaces available for hire depending on your needs. To book a rehearsal slot, please contact us with your preferred dates/times and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements – we can accommodate most requests.
Cymbal hire is available from £1 per hour.

Dubrek Gallery.
We have a large gallery space in which we host regular exhibitions. Our artistic program is curated in house and features some of the best emerging arts talent in the UK.

Cafe + Bar.
Join us in our spacious bar and cafe where we serve some of the best locally sourced beer and freshly ground coffee available.
We are proud to serve craft beers from Freedom Brewery & Shiny Brewing alongside coffee from 47-Degrees Coffee.
Our bar offering also includes a wide selection of wine, spirits and bottled beers – including alcohol-free varieties.
Events.
We hold events every week in our flexible performance space, which holds up to 100 people. See what’s on at Dubrek by viewing our event listings.
Alongside our music and arts events, the space is perfect for hosting seminars, conferences and meetings, with lots of natural light streaming in via floor-to-ceiling windows.
